The aim of the programme is to take staff with few or no qualifications to Level 4 qualified and give them the skills training they need to establish empathy, trust and rapport with new prospects and clients. There is also an option for each student to go beyond level 4 to level 6 and hopefully Chartered.
The reason we are so passionate about this is because we believe the next generation of firms and advisers need a high level of training to compete in the future.
As the training includes feedback to employers on progress and assistance building this into your own T&C processes, this programme offers excellent value for money. It is also designed so that smaller businesses can focus on clients rather than training new entrants.
We believe it is a win win for both employers and employees and has been designed with lots of feedback from the profession.
