If you have completed the foundation course then the next step is our communication skills masterclass programme. This two day, intensive course focuses on the skills that will take your client communication to another level.
Module 1: Advance Communication
During day 1 you will have the opportunity to learn and practice skills in non-verbal communication in the context of client meetings. In addition, much of our communication is written so we will show you how to produce impactful written material adapted to each client.
Module 2: Behavioural Science
In day 2 we turn our attention to behavioural science and look at the theories underpinning nudging. You will gain an understanding of the core concepts of behavioural science and look at how you can use these to interpret your clients’ decision making processes.
