Business Growth through Personal Interaction Masterclass (with Ashley Boroda)
At NextGen Planners we like to do things differently. Personal communication is the key to building trusting relationships with clients and our 2018 Masterclass programme focuses on this.
We first introduced iMA in our Foundation courses and it was so well received that we have engaged an iMA practitioner to deliver a full day Masterclass.
iMA is an exciting new universal language, designed to maximise connectivity i.e. mutual liking, trust, understanding and respect.
Ashley Boroda, iMA Practitioner, will transform your communication skills and demonstrate the best way to work with everyone you deal with, both professionally and personally, in a day of engaging, entertaining and educational training.
Here is what Ashley says about the course:
“Here is the good news; you, along with everyone else, are like 25% of the world population in the way in which you communicate, the not so good news is that you are not like 75% of the world population in your communication style and that is when misunderstanding, mistrust and misjudgement occur. Your professional lives would be more productive and indeed profitable if your communications with clients, prospects, providers, colleagues and fellow professionals are patterned, programmed and predicable. A tall order you might think, however help is at hand, the way to make your communications work well continuously is by using iMA.”
Everyone in the world speaks one of four iMA dialects, putting her/him on the same wavelength as 25% of the world’s population. The majority of people, many of whom are important to your success, are on a different wavelength than you.
The universal language of iMA is a simple way of observing and understanding the differences in people, then connecting with them on their wavelength. When this happens communication, trust, understanding, co-operation and sales go up, and stress and tension go down.
Non-Verbal Communication Skills Masterclass (with Brian Hill)
An ex-army and Police Officer, Brian initially fully realised the power of nonverbal communications on his first night on the beat when he came face to face with scaffold wielding thugs.
Since that night, he has developed a passion for these ‘silent skills’ and is qualified as a Certified Body Language Trainer.
Brian’s career has taken him from uniform through to European Solutions Director for a Management Consultancy, and over the last decade as a Financial Planner at pure fee only firm, Jones Hill Ltd in Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire.
In his spare time Brian has a young family, is a ski instructor and endurance athlete. You can follow him on Twitter @kinesicsFS
You can also listen to Brian’s podcast interview with NextGen Planners by clicking here.
Simon Trebble, a Financial Planner, attended Brian’s course and said:
“As part of a financial planning training day, Brian presented a session on body language and nonverbal communication. The session was very interesting and provided me with great ideas on ways of building confidence through nonverbal communications and also understand a client’s feelings and emotions through their body language. Since attending the session, I have actively tried to use Brian’s techniques and have noticed that clients have become more engaged during meetings.”
