You will help us create the moments when we help our clients identify what their best life looks like, and then give them the confidence to live it. We try to give people complete peace of mind about their money.

You will be
A People Person
We are looking to welcome an individual who loves helping people. A warm, smiling and trusting personality that will build personal relationships with our clients and bring joy to their lives.
Positive/Optimistic
We are helping people realise their life goals and exploring what is possible for them. This requires a ‘can do’ attitude which inspires and delights our existing and new clients.
Academically able
Whilst there are no specific academic/qualification criteria, you will need to have demonstrated an ability to study for and pass exams.
Organised
We require someone who is able to organise and prioritise their own workload, ensuring client records are kept confidential and accurate.
You can expect
A clear roadmap/development plan to become an Independent Financial Planner
Full Exam and study support – including a fully paid comprehensive training course to help you obtain the level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
Full Time working hours – 37.5 hours per week. (Monday to Friday) flexibility is available to fit in with your lifestyle
Salary - £18,000 to £22,000 to be agreed
23 days holiday per annum. Plus bank holidays.

As part of your induction, we will provide a financial and life plan for you so that you can experience the incredible method we use with our clients
Initially, you must be able to
Attend our office in Felpham Village, West Sussex
Be comfortable working alone at times
Answer Telephone and deal with enquiries
Greet clients and make drinks
Check, scan and deal with post
Book meetings
Filter out emails
Learn new systems
General letter writing
Input data/documents to systems
Willing and able to learn/study
If you already have experience in financial services, then this would be fantastic. If not, training will be provided to enable you to complete the more specific roles related to our business such as obtaining information from policy providers.
