Support Specialist (Voyant)



Job Description

We are currently seeking a person to join the Voyant Support and Training Team as a Support Specialist.

The Role

The Team supports our growing community of financial advice firms who are subscribing to or trialing our market-leading Voyant AdviserGo financial planning software. Support is provided remotely via telephone, screen share and e-mail, so all support personnel are home based. Experience in financial services / financial planning is a requirement. Full training on the Voyant software will be provided. The support role will include some elements of technical troubleshooting, but most importantly will aim to assist users in creating, interpreting and presenting their clients’ financial plans. The job is varied, challenging, and rewarding, with no two days the same.

This position will be to primarily support Voyant subscribers and trialists in the UK. Voyant has a presence in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia and the United States, and part of this role will involve working with colleagues and in some cases customers in all of these markets.

The role will also include an element of user training, both via remote conferencing and when needed, through general and firm specific face to face sessions, where there is an optional element of travelling to / from office locations and conference venues. Again, full training will be provided by the existing team of experienced trainers.

Role Requirements

We are looking for someone with Financial Services/ Financial Planning experience; excellent communication and phone skills, and a self-starter who can, after training, investigate and respond to queries in a self-directed manner with ongoing support from the team.
