About the role

In order to do this, we are looking for a Senior Financial Planner to join our new Manchester office and build our reputation in the North West as the ‘go-to’ advisor.
In the day to day, we are looking for someone to:
Focus on building relationships within the accountancy practice, to generate new Wealth management opportunities
Initially, build a client bank to a point, before then building out a team in the region
Bringing clients with you is not a necessity but would be a bonus
You’ll enjoy seeing people realise their ambitions over time, by following your guidance. Our clients love our people. Their openness, their integrity, their friendship. We’re straight-talking. In addition to those core values, as a Senior Financial Planner we are looking for:
Chartered or Certified professionals with experience in high-net-worth financial planning
Proven experience in generating new business and opportunities (no expectation to bring clients with you)
A relationship builder, whether that’s internally with CP People, or externally with connections and clients
Ability to ‘woo’ clients, build rapport and develop into long lasting and trusting relationships
Have a passion for getting to know what clients really value, want to achieve and what keeps them up at night
A team player, who wants to be part of something big for the future
