About the role

You will be focused on providing suitable support and assistance in aspects of the advice processes of the firm, including adherence with all the related processes, policies and procedures within the firm. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment where progression is strongly supported.

  • Sitting in on client meetings when required.

  • Research and analysis, including the preparation of risk calculators and cash flow modelling to help identify suitable solutions to meet our clients needs.

  • Preparation of draft suitability reports to be discussed and agreed with the Financial Planners, ensuring that all recommendations are in line with any internal guidance/procedures.

  • Researching investment funds and asset allocation modelling using FE Analytics.

  • Liaising with external companies and fund managers for client specific and/or product information.

  • Preparation of client Annual Reviews.

  • Ensuring essential tasks and activities are created and monitored on a regular basis.

  • Adherence to departmental and company procedures and any key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Understanding and demonstrating adherence to all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business.

  • Following the principles and rules of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and the internal requirements set out in Fry's Compliance Manual

Essential Criteria

  • Level 4 qualification or working towards

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft programs

  • Proven communicational skills both verbal and written

  • Attention to detail

  • Good team player with the self discipline to work on your own when required

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
