We are boutique firm of independent financial advisers, providing advice and coaching to medical professionals, NHS Employers, General Practice, Corporate Executives, Journalists, and political figureheads.
The Role
Due to the nature of our business, our financial solutions are diverse, so you will have a varied and stimulating workload. We are working towards a 100% ESG proposition and you will be required to assist with the research undertaken by the investment committee. You may be expected to liaise with clients as part of our due diligence and research process. The ideal candidate will need to be highly professional and efficient, with an eye for detail and excellent analytical skills. You will play an extremely important role in this business to ensure solutions are delivered compliantly, efficiently and on-time.
Responsibilities
Preparing research and technical analysis
Writing suitability reports and financial plans
Answering technical queries
Working as a team to help deliver suitability reports within agreed timescales.
Sharing and embracing new ways of working, IT systems, etc, to make the business more efficient.
Essential Requirements
At least 2 years’ experience in a paraplanning role.
Working towards CII Level 4 Diploma or equivalent
Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications: Word and Excel.
Experience writing technical suitability reports.
Desirable Requirements
Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning
Experience using systems:
o FE Financial Analytics
o Intelliflo
o Selectapension
o Dynamic Planner
Experience working within an IFA practice.
