We are a small, well-established IFA firm (since 1972) based on the Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire borders (M40).
We are looking to recruit an experienced paraplanner to work on either a remote or hybrid home/office arrangement to assist IFAs with report writing. The position would be on a full-time basis.
Salary between £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:
Preferably Level 4 Diploma or working towards qualification.
3+ years of experience as a paraplanner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to compose highly professional and original content for each report or client communication.
Good knowledge of pensions, investments, Trusts and IHT planning.
Capable to generate own ideas around asset allocation and fund selection.
Conversant in the functionality of multiple provider platforms.
Familiar with tools such as Adviser Office, Intelligent Office, Dynamic Planner, FE Analytics, O&M Pension Profiler and other cashflow modelling software.
Must be highly organised, self-motivated and disciplined if working on a purely remote basis.
