Who we are

We are a team of Chartered & Certified Financial Planners, and the South West Independent Financial Adviser of the Year 2021.

Who we’re looking for

  • An experienced Paraplanner (minimum of 3 years’ experience)

  • Collaborative, with good admin & organisational skills and a real eye for detail

  • Experienced in various investment research tools such as FE/Dynamic Planner and cashflow modelling (ideally Voyant)

  • Comfortable with technical planning, including; pension tapered annual allowance & lifetime allowance calculation

  • Level 4 Diploma qualified or above, working towards Chartered status

  • Warm, friendly & enjoys client interaction

  • Happy with remote working as part of a small, cohesive team

What role you will play

  • Management & maintenance of client servicing

  • Create clients’ financial plans / build cashflow models

  • Carry out pension & investment analysis then preparing recommendations

  • Write personalised suitability reports

  • Implement recommendations (setting up new accounts)

  • Onboard new clients (fact finding / information gathering)

  • Attend (virtual) weekly team meetings

  • Interact with clients, providers & external professionals

  • Have input on improvements to enhance our client experience and business operations

Salary & benefits

  • Home-based, flexible working

  • £40,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)

  • Bonus (based on company and individual performance)

  • 28 days holiday (including public holidays)

  • Death in Service Cover: 3 x salary

  • Sick pay: 3 months full pay

  • Pension: 5% employer contribution
