Job Description
A new and exciting position has become available for a full-time inhouse paraplanner. The role will primarily be office based at our office in Ashbourne, Derbyshire, with some flexibility and home working available. The successful candidate will earn £30,000-£40,000 depending upon experience.

Role Requirements
Qualified or part qualified (Level 4 Diploma or similar)
A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Paraplanner, including research preparing recommendations and report writing
Strong analytical mind, confident with numbers and a high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Comfortable speaking with clients
The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Awareness of FCA regulations and compliance obligations
Experience in regulated products (including platforms) and their application
A willingness to embrace the technology, systems and processes used
Previous experience of client management systems (Intelligent Office would be beneficial) and other adviser support and planning tools (e.g. risk profiling, cashflow planning, research tools).
Role Responsibilities
The candidate will be highly organised and be responsible for a wide range of duties including:
Provide appropriate research and analysis on cases
Preparation of advice and information for client meetings
Preparing suitability reports with full supporting documentation
Supporting with client reviews and general client communication letters
Liaising with clients and responding to queries
Ensure that the strategy/advice folder is uploaded onto I/O.
Complete required ongoing training and maintain appropriate CPD records.
The candidate will need to use the following software:
Competent with Microsoft Office programmes including Outlook and Teams
Intelliflo - Intelligent Office
Lifetime cashflow planning - Cashcalc
Dynamic Planner
