Adcock Financial have an exciting new opportunity for a financial services administrator to support our growing team. This is a full-time role based in Farnsfield, Nottinghamshire.
We are looking for a hard working dedicated individual where exceptional customer service and attention to detail are at the heart of what they do. The ideal candidate will have financial services experience.
The successful applicant will get to work on a wide variety of projects and help the future of Adcock Financial.
Creating client valuations
Maintaining the back-office system and client records
Processing new business and tracking to completion
Liaising with providers for updates and information requests
Arranging client meetings
A range of other projects and duties, supporting the Paraplanner and Adviser in their roles
Protection quotes, illustrations and application
Experience within the financial services sector
They must be conversant with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong self-organisation and time management skills
Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
Works well within a team as well as individually
Excellent communication skills
Administration experience in a financial services company
Knowledge of financial services back office systems
Confident using a variety of provider client management systems
Experience with Transact and Standard Life Wrap Platforms together with other platforms and provider systems
Mixture of home and office working can be available after completion of the induction process
Salary £21,000 - £24,000 per year depending on experience
Employer pension contributions matching that of the employees, up to 5%
Death in service benefit
This post is for 37.5 weekly hours from Monday to Friday, start and finish times negotiable
