Job Description

Salary up to £35,000 plus excellent company benefits and company culture.

We are Independent Financial Planners, based within a firm of accountants and we also have an Estate Planning business.

Responsibilities include

  • Providing administrative support to the advisers and wider team

  • Setting up and maintaining client files ensuring all communications are saved

  • Liaising with clients to obtain client information

  • Issuing and chasing information requests to a client’s existing product provider

  • Collating information received from providers ready for the paraplanner to review

  • Liaising with clients to obtain completed client documents

  • Assisting with the servicing of existing clients including producing portfolio valuations and producing review packs

  • Actioning existing client queries

  • Everyday administration duties to include processing financial planning new business and processing estate planning instructions


  • Candidates must have previous experience of working in an Administrator role within a Financial Planning business

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Preferred 2 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Ideally, you will have previous experience of using the Intelligent Office back-office system

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A team player who is self-motivated with a positive attitude
