Role
We are seeking a self-motivated, personable, and enthusiastic team player to join our busy firm, working closely with our advisors and support team. The role requires a high level of attention to detail due to working within a regulated environment. You will be a vital part of our team, delivering outstanding customer service and building strong professional relationships. The ideal candidate will need to be well organised with effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively. We offer a collaborative, supportive, and engaging working culture where your contributions will be highly valued.
Responsibilities will include
Competently working with our key providers, proactively tracking application progress.
Building and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Ensure all internal processes are followed.
Assisting Clients by providing prompt and effective support by addressing their enquiries, in a friendly and professional manner, keeping them informed along the way.
Ensure detailed records are kept relating to all clients, feeding into our client hub and all other aspects of the business.
Processing new business applications for financial products.
Maintaining and updating the firm's back-office system.
Preparing client files for meetings.
Organise client meetings via Calendly.
Completing client reports and any other supporting documents when required.Skills, abilities, and previous experience

Microsoft Office skills are essential.
Excellent English and Maths skills
Self-driven, proactive and able to manage time efficiently.
Excellent communication skills with great telephone etiquette.Â
Well organised with strong attention to detail.
Honest, reliable and trustworthy.
Previous customer service experience.
Good knowledge of financial products.
Previous IFA or Financial Services experience.
