It’s likely that you’ll currently be working as a Paraplanner or a Trainee / Associate Financial Planner role, and that you’ll hold some (or all) of the modules for a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Initially, you’ll use your expertise to support c50 clients. This will involve regular interactions with these clients so you can align their goals and aspirations with their financial plans. Through this work, it’s likely that you’ll be introduced to prospective clients, although initially the clear focus will be on ensuring that our existing clients experience the best service in the market.
Working with a small team of highly qualified and successful Chartered Financial Planners, you’ll be enrolled in a structured and funded training program, which will facilitate your development into a Senior Financial Planner. The program is delivered in-house and through an external partnership with NextGen Planners. It’ll lead to you securing further relevant qualifications and it will expose you to all the skills you will need to progress your career.
As part of your role, you will have incredible support in building your own client base. We will help you take a niche approach to your marketing and will have coaching and mentorship from some of the most talented people in the profession.
You will in time develop freedom and flexibility of location and working pattern, we are building a business to enjoy ourselves. We want to support you and build something incredible together.
