Job Description
We are seeking to employ an Administrator or Administration Supervisor who will play an important role in the growth of our business over the next few years.
The Company
Kingsfleet Wealth was founded in 2010 and has only added clients through organic growth; primarily by referrals from Professionals and existing clients. We manage in the region of £100 million for approximately 400 clients.
Consequently, we have no need to be an ambitious business as we believe that servicing our existing clients well, means that others are referred to us. This ensures that our focus is on our clients and their satisfaction alone and that is why this role is so important- we find that when you do that well, new business just comes along.
Our purpose is important to us and that is to use our knowledge, qualifications and experience to advise those who need our help.
The Role
We are looking for someone who can provide the critical support needed to the Financial Planners in providing accurate, timely documentation and ensuring new business and client correspondence is dealt with expediently.
Preparing new business paperwork in support of a Paraplanner.
Processing completed provider paperwork and ensuring it is dealt with correctly
Providing updates of ongoing cases to clients
Preparation of pre-review paperwork
Completion of post-review actions alongside Financial Planners and Paraplanners
Ensuring that our back office system (Intelligent Office) is up to date
For the Administration Supervisor - to maintain their own workload and also to be accountable for the administration team to the Operations Manager
The Skills
You will be a competent and capable individual with a can-do attitude and the following skills:
You will have experience of working in a Financial Planning/Financial Services environment
You could well be an experienced administrator in another firm but want to work in a locally focused, family owned business
Confident with numbers with a full attention to detail
Interested in people and able to converse with those from all backgrounds
You understand the importance of putting clients first

Salary range between £20,000-£24,000 rising to £26,000-28,000 for supervisor role

Requirements
Essential:
The right to work in the UK
Competent with Microsoft Office programmes
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Desirable:
Progress in Financial Planning qualifications
Familiarity with Intelliflo and Cashcalc or similar systems
Commenced study towards Diploma Level Financial Planning qualifications
