Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, well connected and enthusiastic person to grow the NextGen Planners community and to maximise revenue across all NextGen Planners delivery channels. 


The individual should be excited by unearthing and approaching new opportunities as well being able to communicate with stakeholders at a strategic and operational level.

Responsibilities

  • Works with the Leadership team to develop growth plans, targets and strategies for all NextGen Planners’ delivery channels.

  • Bring new opportunities to the business as well as develop existing relationships

  • Establish a framework and be the point of contact in the business for new enquiries

  • Provide full visibility of a growth pipeline at all times

Skills & Qualifications

  • Relevant experience and an understanding of the financial planning profession.

  • A network of contacts within the financial planning profession.

  • Awesome communication skills
